All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including original art, handmade items, prints, jewelry, and custom orders — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Photos of the packaging & shipping box
Once reviewed, we will determine the next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages tracked as “Delivered” but reported as missing or stolen. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee retrieval or replacement. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during shipment.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and for the credit to reflect on your original payment method.
