Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Handmade, original art, and custom items may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• United States: 3–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or file a claim with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but missing. Once the carrier marks the package delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

International Taxes & Fees
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with evidence of damage.
